Thema serves as a strategic Limited Partner (LP) to emerging venture capital fund managers. George, co-founder and CEO at Thema, engaged Lumen Labs to support their launch, focusing on go-to-market (GTM) marketing and content strategy. This included analysing their target audience and defining key content pillars and messaging.

The first step was refining Thema's tone of voice and messaging through a content strategy workshop.

Next, the newly developed content pillars were used to amplify the momentum created from Thema’s successful PR launch.

The objective was to channel the launch’s interest into followers from their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)—emerging fund managers seeking to join the Thema programme. The aim was to capture this audience’s attention and direct them to the LinkedIn brand page for organic engagement.
